2. Fundichapchap is a communications platform which connects Clients and Service providers. Clients are individuals and/or businesses seeking Service Providers
3. Fundichapchap only offers platform for individuals to find Service providers, but the Company is not responsible for the performance of Users/Fundis, nor does it have control over the quality, timing, legality, failure to provide, or any other aspect whatsoever of the Service Providers/Fundis .
4. The charges for different tasks is relative for every Task/Service. Only a few services have fixed chages. We however ensure that our Fundis do not overprice
5. The management will call the costumer about their pending payments.
6. If the Client/costumer wants to cancel its confirmed reservation due to personal reasons, they can do so without any charges.
7. 50 percent should be paid before the approval of the ordered Services/Task is done.
8. Terms of payments will be via Mpesa Paybill Number 855078, Paypal or Bank Electronic/Direct transfer but not in Cash.
